About the Class
Release tension and invite tranquility with a few gentle poses before nourishing yourself with deep relaxation as Marina guides you to the innermost state of rest with Yoga Nidra. Your body's healing ability will be heightened with Reiki while you indulge in a restorative reclined pose. This class has the potential to leave you feeling calm and refreshed while you enjoy the benefits of the relaxation response. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as we only have a few to borrow.

Welcome! We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse) We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road The main entrance is at the BACK of our building If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
