To ensure you have the best experience possible, please take note of the following important instructions: Bring Towels: Expect to sweat, and sweat a lot! We recommend bringing at least two towels: A large towel to place over your yoga mat for added grip and to absorb sweat. A smaller towel to wipe away sweat during the class. Stay Hydrated: Due to the heat and intensity of the class, hydration is key. Please bring a large water bottle, preferably filled with cold water. Take sips throughout the session to stay hydrated, but try not to drink excessively in one go, as it might cause discomfort. Dress Appropriately: We encourage you to wear what you like as long as it is breathable and comfortable! Want to wear your fun sports bra and shorts, well here's your opportunity.  Be Prepared to Sweat: The combination of the heated environment and the physical intensity of thsequence ensures a detoxifying sweat. Embrace it! It's all part of the process. Arrive Early: Especially if this is your first class, aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This gives you time to set up, hydrate, and acclimate to the room's temperature. Remember, every drop of sweat is a step towards a stronger, more flexible, and revitalized you. Embrace the journey, and know that our instructors and community are here to support you every step of the way. See you on the mat!
