About the Class

A series of Floor exercises incorporating Joseph Pilates sequences as well as dynamic stretching. These exercises are based on a series of floor exercises, which incorporate Joseph Pilates sequences as well as dynamic stretching and are designed to uniformly strengthen the body through precision and concentration, creating balance and flexibility by lengthening the muscles. In this sequence, your teacher will guide you through an exciting class that includes props such as Pilates balls and resistance rings that will enhance your strength and overall experience. At the end of each class, you will find yourself feeling stronger and rejuvenated. Open to all levels, but lends itself to beginner and intermediate levels, also those who are interested in toning and non-weight baring exercises.
