Through breath-led movement, focused core activation, and mindful sequencing, you'll target the muscles that stabilized your spine, pelvis, and hips. This class goes beyone traditional ab work to help you move with more ease, improve posture, and feel grounded for the day ahead.  All levels are welcome!
