Whether you're training for your next race or just finding your stride, join us for an evening designed to restore and recharge the runner's body. This special workshop will focus on: • Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises • Breathwork for endurance and recovery • Targeted yoga flow to release tight hips, hamstrings, and calves • Grounding techniques to improve mental focus and balance Led by Noir Yoga in collaboration with Recess Run Club, this session is open to all levels — from seasoned sprinters to casual joggers.
