In this virtual Vinyasa Yoga class, we move with the breath, linking each transition into a pose, as well as out of a pose, with breath, and utilizing the breath to go deeper in any held poses. Students will move through a well rounded series of Traditional Sun Salutations and various standing poses, as well as some combination of back-bends, balance poses, twists and forward folds depending on the focus of the class. Clear and detailed alignment cues will ensure that students are safe and comfortable in their bodies, while the focus will be on maintaining a steady and easeful breath, while we find a balance of effort and ease in each posture. Practitioners of all levels are welcome to join from the comfort of home.
