Steven Winnett, RYT200, has been practicing yoga for 10+ years. He has returned to yoga in times of turbulence and calm to recenter and remain present. He began dedicating more time to yoga while completing a rigorous anesthesia training program in Miami and started his teacher training after working throughout the pandemic in NYC. He loves traveling and always takes his yoga mat with him around the world. He has practiced in some unique places, from the Serengeti in Tanzania to an ancient fortress atop the mountains in Montenegro. After teaching for years at his hospital, Steven has decided to build a Vinyasa Yoga community at Om Factory.
