Power yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, and you move from one pose to the next quickly. Power yoga is a yoga practice that’s focused on building the body’s strength and increasing endurance. Through a series of yoga flows, you’ll learn to focus on the transition of poses in a fast-paced and high intensity environment. Power yoga puts an emphasis on linking your body’s motion and breathing to create a cohesive balance.  Before you take the plunge, keep in mind that power yoga is hard work and is not for everyone.
