About the Class

The purpose of this energizing class is to develop full-body strength in order to move through life with ease. In class we use our own body weight, mindful engagement of muscle groups, and integration of props (traditional yoga props, elastic bands, and weights) to build strength. In this hour-long class, students can expect a brief centering and warmup, targeted core workout, and a series of low-impact strength-building movements that target the major muscle groups in the body. The class ends with a cool down, stretching, and relaxation.<strong></strong>  Not appropriate for new beginners. Please bring your own mat to class.

Special Instructions

We require preregistration for all of our classes, workshops and events.  CANCELLATION POLICY Regularly scheduled classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before they begin. Workshops and events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they begin. Please note, if we do not have sufficient sign up for a class or an event we will cancel the class or event 2 hours before it begins.
