My mat doesn’t care what I bring to my practice each day. It’s just glad I show up."I love feeling the energy build in the room as a group of people move, laugh and breathe together. I love talking through the movement and practicing alongside kind humans who have chosen to spend their valuable time with me. After every class, I think, “that was the best class I ever had.” Then I teach another class and think, “no THAT was the best class!” I keep reflecting on how it feels when you find your dharma. It feel like coming home.
