The Yoga Place

Sara completed her 200hr YTT in December 2022 at Yoga Central. She hopes to offer gentle and restorative yoga classes with a devotion to The One who changed her life and heart. With many facets to her colorful past, she focuses daily on her relationship with Jesus, and expresses the Love that comes from that.  Having done prison ministry for over ten years and being involved in AA from an early age, she also sees herself working with people who have been, or are going through, tough life circumstances. The importance of clean living and eating leads Sara to spend time in her garden and ever-growing food forest. She enjoys making kombucha, running, and all of the benefits of yoga!
