About the Class

Start your day off with this energizing class utilizing light dumbbell exercises coupled with other movements designed to increase both strength and flexibility performed in warm temperatures of approximately 80-85 degrees. Forget the gym membership with the gawking meatheads and try this fast paced energizing workout! This class is designed to work on problems areas such as core and glutes along with improving your cardiovascular system but with only the right amount of intensity.

Special Instructions

Please note that we kindly ask you cancel your scheduled class prior to 6 hours before class time. If you do not cancel prior to 6 hours, you will forfeit your class pass(for class pass users) and for memberships you will incur an $8 fee. If you do not show, you will not only forfeit your class pass but you will also incur a $5 fee(for class pass users) and for memberships you will incur a $13 fee. Thank you for understanding!
