Join us for this beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation offering your body deep and profound relaxation. This practice is said to be five times more restorative than regular sleep. The practice will start with gentle yoga postures followed by a meditation that will guide your conscious mind through thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can lead to a greater understanding of your own creativity, insight, and self-worth. This special event is available to everyone whether you have experience with yoga and meditation or are brand new to both. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
