The unhappy pelvic floor causes health issues such as incontinence, muscle pain, prolapses, urinary urgency, constipation, and so forth. Kegal isn't the answer. In this workshop, we will learn the basics of the Pelvic Floor and its ultimate role in our well-being. We will learn how posture affects the breathing body, emotional body, and the health of the pelvic floor. We will practice breathing techniques for the health and balance of the pelvic floor. We will discover yoga postures that benefit both hypertonic (too tight) and hypotonic (too lax) pelvic floor conditions. 2CE credits available for Teachers
