Kaylee is a Johnstown native with a deep passion for health and well-being.She fell in love with movement at a young age and, for many years, participated in multiple styles of dance. During college, she explored a yoga class to help with anxiety. Yoga had a profound effect on her physically and emotionally. She enjoyed movement in her body once again and allowed the mindfulness aspects to help with feeling overwhelmed, which gave her a deeper sense of inner peace. In 2020, she completed her year-long RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200-hour training) at the just breathe mindful academy, led by Lynne McQuillan. Since then she has continued to hone her teaching skills and expand her education in yoga and mindful movement practices and she is anxious to begin teaching at just breathe! In her classes, you will find her lighthearted approach, encouraging you to listen intently to your body so you can get the most out of your precious time on the mat.
