Yoga in the Circle
Through my life I grew up as a dancer. It was my favorite thing to do each and every day since I was two. I had a deep connection with the way I could express myself that I never wanted to give it up.Along with taking classes for myself, I also had the opportunity to teach dance for five years. Once I stopped dancing, I began taking yoga and Pilates classes and fell in love. Mind, body exercises make a challenging workout enjoyable. I thrive on feeling strong while being connected with myself at the same time. Not only do I love bettering myself in these workouts, I also encourage others to feel their best. I was given the opportunity to learn, teach and truly connect with people through pilates. I am grateful to find a workout that makes me feel confident in my mind and body.I have completed a Pilates Teacher Training course which has left me qualified to help others feel their best!My goal is to support and motivate people any way I can. I am excited to continue on my journey in making our mind and body stronger each day!
