Different from Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, which generally target muscles through dynamic movements, Yin Yoga focuses on joints and fascia through the holding of a passive, relaxing shape for 4 to 8 minutes. This class is perfect for beginners, and no experience is necessary! These classes can be attended using any “regular” class package! Spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required.
