About the Class

In-studio only class Help our aspiring Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT), develop their teaching skills by sending your friends and family to our studio on Saturdays. These teachers are currently in training and need the opportunity to practice teaching. Your friends and loved ones will enjoy a begginer's yoga class and contribute to the trainees journey to becoming a CIYT. This class will set the foundation of all yoga postures. We welcome you into our studio where we have all the props and equipment you will need for this class. Your generous contributions hold immense value in our community. Each donation paves the way for individuals passionate about yoga but facing financial constraints to partake in these transformative classes.
