This is a community class, and is complimentary for all practitioners. This practice will be led by Yoga Sunné recently graduated instructors. The original hot yoga; this class consists of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to therapeutically work the entire body and its systems. All the major muscles, ligaments, and internal organs are addressed in a comprehensive and consistent manner to create and maintain optimal health and functionality. Bring a yoga mat, yoga mat towel, and plenty of water. Be sure to hydrate after class. Showers are also available on-site free of charge.
