Fitness Studio

Cascade Movement Center (CMC)'s yoga, strength, mobility and
core classes are designed to prepare you for the real world so you
can live a long, adventurous and empowered life. We know that there
is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach to fitness. Our
combination of classes are curated to help you achieve all of your
holistic health & wellness goals. CMC’s unique, progressive,
and evidence-based approach to class design results in dynamic
exercise classes that prepare you for enjoying your life
fully. 
If you have the desire to improve your functional strength,
increase your mobility, improve your cardiovascular health or
nutrition- we are here for you! If your goals are to weave more
mindfulness into your fitness, expand your knowledge base, or to
connect with a family-friendly community that supports your
holistic health and wellness goals- we are here for you!

We hold kids classes (on Fridays): “Superhero Training” for two
age groups. (4-8 and 8-14 years).
 
CMC classes are designed to be done barefoot or with indoor only
shoes. If using shoes, please bring your own mat. If practicing
barefoot you can bring your own mat or use ours. You will be asked
to wipe down studio mats after use.
