I’ve had the best experience with Curves Memphis Southeast. The Coaches make sure you are doing the correct moves on the machines for the best results. I have really become stronger since I’ve been a member. I no longer need someone to zip my clothes in the back because my flexibility is impeccable! I can get up out of a chair without holding on to something. My strength in my legs are much better. Lastly, my balance has improved tremendously. Why don’t you give it a try? 30 minutes a day at least 3 days a week. You will be glad you did!!!
