My daughter loves this place

My 5 year old son said he loved it after his trial. I found it crowded, loud, and overstimulating with all the groups. I'm a teacher and I have three sensitive children.  My older child had an unkind experience with kids talking about him not being able to do a flip on his first day.  The other kids were disrespectful to the teacher and she wasn't able to stop it. I can't see us returning but I'm looking for ways to get my children to learn all the basics.
